Medoc Teknoloji Software & Consulting implements recruitment procedures to attract candidates who are open to developing themselves and their team members, are inclined to teamwork, and are eager to advance the organization. Open positions are announced within the company and published on job search portals. Based on evaluations, candidates deemed suitable for the position are invited by Human Resources for a two-stage technical interview. Software developer candidates may be asked to develop a short piece of code during the interview. Following the evaluations, candidates proceed to the offer stage.
